Characteristic:
1. Main parts: 3 Extruders, Control Panel, Bubble forming section, Automatic Winder,Rewinder.
2. To produce 5 layers air bubble film (laminated layer + PE front layer + bubble layer + base layer + laminated layer);
3. The laminated layer can be aluminized foil, MPET foil, kraft paper, EPE foam, BOPP film etc.;
4. Each layer is under individually control, can have different thickness & material formulation and color;
5. Film width from 1,000mm to 3,000mm;Or Customized size.
6. Screw L/D ratio is 1:32, it adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design, with good plasticization, good mixing effect and high output;
7. The bubble forming cylinder adopts special internal circulation chilled water design to ensure perfect bubble forming effect under high speed operation.
